Can I add more later and at what costs? How much money do I have to charge the customer per visit, can I be competitive?

How will I afford to pay $50,000 plus for just a few kennels and still not have enough for my customers when I fill up, will I then lose them to my competitors? Can I make a profit now after I purchased these enclosures and how long will it take to break even?

The chain link, thin wire or wood type kennels are cheaper, but they don’t last, not safe for the dogs and how can I compete with the competition with this junk, plus the maintenance and replacement costs. Are my clients really going to want their loved ones staying in these? After all, I am going to own a upscale place

Operating Procedures
Should I have policies and procedures or do I just treat people right and everything will work out? How much Liability will I have if something goes wrong?, How many employees do I need? Full-time or Part-time? Who does what job? I should do most the work myself if I want it done correctly and save money, Right? Why do a lot of upscale pet care centers still smell bad?

Marketing and Sales
Is there any time to do this, unless I hire someone to the run my kennel and then is it really worth it? How much do I spend and where, The ad sales people will tell me, right?
